Museo Nazionale Scienza E Tecnologia Leonardo Da Vinci:

The Museum was inaugurated on 15 February 1953, becoming a foundation under private law in 1999. Extending over 50,000 square meters and attracting more than 530,000 visitors a year, we are the largest scientific and technological museum in Italy and one of the four major in Europe (together with the Science Museum of London, the Deutsches Museum in Munich, and Universcience of Paris).

Event Details:

PoliSpace takes you to the National Museum of Science and Technology “Leonardo da Vinci” in Milan for a magical tour! Immerse yourself in the past and learn about the history of technological progress from Leonardo da Vinci’s ingenious machinery to modern-era space launchers.

The estimated duration is about 55 minutes.

Please, take with you a valid document such as a National ID card or driving license; it will be needed to confirm your identity.

The event will be carried out with the contribution of Politecnico di Milano.

Date:

The visit is planned for May 28th, 2021.

There will be three time slots of 12 people each:

  • 9:30 am CEST
  • 10:30 am CEST
  • 11:30 am CEST

It will be possible to communicate a preference group in order to enjoy the visit with some friends of yours. You can send an email (one for each group) to activities@test.polispace.it specifying the group components(max 3 people). We will try to consider preferences on groups but are not able to guarantee that all the preferences will be respected due to the Covid restrictions.

We will meet in the square of San Vittore church in front of the museum 15 minutes before the visit. The visit will last for more or less 1 hour, then there will the possibility to continue the visit freely the museum.

How To Participate:

The event is free, but you need to pay an 8 euros deposit that will be refunded in the following days. In case of your absence, you won’t be refunded.

The money needs to be sent to the bank account: IBAN IT44E0623009512000063721094

The transfer needs to be labelled: Name-Surname-StudentNumber

The PAYMENT has to be done WITHIN 2 HOURS after the registration and an EMAIL with a PROOF OF PAYMENT (screenshot or pdf of the payment screen) has to be sent to activities@test.polispace.it in order to validate the ticket.

Remember to specify Name_Surname_StudentNumber in the mail subject.
